Ox-Fest 2013....

13 of the biggest tribute bands in the UK will be appearing at Ox-Fest, at Carswell Golf and Country Club on the A420 between Oxford and Swindon

There will also be local acts, groups, attractions and activities for people of all ages, including inflatable rides, market stalls and music, singing and dancing workshops, on-site camping plus food and drink from local award-winning pubs and restaurants.

Oxfordshire Help for Heroes volunteers, including personnel from RAF Brize Norton, will be attending Ox-Fest to raise money for the charity.

Hadyn Wood, Director of the Sound Foundation and Ox-Fest  explained: “We wanted to support Help For Heroes because there is a large military presence in Oxfordshire and it’s a fantastic opportunity to help them.

“Help For Heroes volunteers will be collecting donations, selling merchandise, recruiting new volunteers and chatting to the public about how the charity spends the money on life-long support for those who have suffered life-changing injuries and illnesses."

From 1 June, Tickets are £25 for adults, on Saturday or Sunday, or £40 for a Weekend Ticket. Half price tickets are available for Under 18s and admission is FREE for Under 5s.

On Friday 12 July, entry to Ox-Fest is free with a Weekend Ticket or upon presentation of a valid Friday e-ticket, which is only available via www.wegottickets.com. Entry without an e-ticket will cost £5 per person on the Friday.
